The Jobs
* Reports to the Flour Operations Director,
* Manages the handling of bulk wheat from ship discharge to supply in the mills and from bulk loading to varied demands in volume and specifications.
* Maintains high standards of hygiene, housekeeping and operational efficiency within the wheat transfer system and head house facility.
* Enhances and develops skills of his team, identifies competency training gaps and follow through with the required training.
* Manages the daily reconciliation of stocks and works with agreed key measurement criteria within the company.
Qualification
* Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
The Person
* The person should be self confident with excellent interpersonal skills, must be an effective team player, proactive and physically fit.
Experience
Minimum of 5 years working experience in an automated fast moving and continuous (24/7) production environment.
Computer literacy with experience in using PLC operating system is also necessary.
