An indigenous Company who is operating in the Food, Beverage and Officer, Store Keeper Tobacco Sector, is recruiting to fill the following vacancies: Invoicing , Manager (Sales and Marketing Accounts), etc qualified Candidates should possess BSc or HND in Accounting or any relevant discipline.
As a result of strong growth and expansion in the company, it requires the following experienced and superior performance driven professionals to join the team
1.) Job Title: Invoicing Officer
Job Reference: HR/INV./002
Major Responsibilities
*Will be in charge of Receiving customers order (from Sales Reps or Direct from the customers)
* Inspecting the stock level to ascertain sufficient stock to service the order
* Will be in charge of raising the invoice for customer's value of order
* Post the value of the invoice to the customer's ledger card
* Preparation of the weekly return to Head Office.
Require Qualification
* Must Possess minimum of BSc or HND in Accounting or any relevant numerate discipline
* Must Have acquired at least 3 years experience in reputable Food Manufacturing and Processing Company
* Must be honest, hard working and a good team player
* Must have computer knowledge
* Must be able to work in any part of Nigeria
* Minimum age of 30 – 40 years
2.) Job Title: Manager (Sales and Marketing Accounts)

Major Job Responsibilities
* Management of Account Receivable balance and compliance to credit control guidelines
* Administration of credit control unit to ensure strict compliance with guidelines and company credit policies.
* Direct scrutinizing of company stock at the depots
* General administration of depot operators relating to Finance functions
Required Qualification:
Our qualified candidates must:
* Possess minimum of BSc or HND in Accounting, ICAN Professional will be added advantage
*Must have minimum of 5 years experience in reputable Food Manufacturing Company
* Must be industrious, honest and a good team player
* Must have good computer knowledge
* Minimum ages of 35 – 40 years
3.) Job Title: Store Keeper

Major Job Responsibilities:
* Inspection and Management of stock items
* Updating of Stock record
* Keeping of daily dispatch and ensures stock record agreed with physical stock
Required Qualification:
Qualified candidates must:
* Possess minimum of BSc or HND in Accounting, ATS or equivalent
* Must have acquired minimum of 3 years experience in reputable Food Manufacturing and Processing Company
* Hard working and willing to work under pressure
* Must have good computer knowledge
* Must be able to work in any part of Nigeria
* Minimum age of 30 – 40 years
