POSITION: GROUP HR MANAGER (Abuja)

SCOPE OF WORK
The senior management position shall be reporting to the group managing director. The successful candidates will coordinate and implement the human resources services function, policies & programs, recruitment, selection, staffing, organization management, policy development, documentation, compensation and employee benefits for the group.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
Good bachelors Degree in Human Resources/Industrial or related field/MBA
A minimum of 8-10years experience in HR at a senior management position Human resource skill, administration, negotiation, communication and organization management skill
Knowledge of Payroll/salary administration.
POSITION: HEAD HOUSEKEEPING & HOUSE KEEPERS – (4) (Port Harcourt)

SCOPE OF WORK
The senior officer role shall be reporting to the General Manager. Successful candidates s to contribute to the comfort of guests and ensures the daily general upkeep, clening and maintenance of the hotel bedrooms. He/she is to ensure and monitor the financial performance of the housekeeping operation and its efficiency. He/she is responsible for the hygiene, safety of the bedrooms and ensures guest receive high quality service.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
Experience in housekeeping in a standard hotel is an added advantage

Must have acquired 5-10yrs experience
Good interpersonal skill, attention to detail, team work, taking initiative, listening ear and stress management.
POSITION: FOOD AND BEVERAGE MANAGER (Port Harcourt)

Overall purpose is to ensure delivery service at every point of sale in the food and beverage department. He/she is to ensure customer promise and delivered at all time, ensure guest receives quality service and are comply with all regulations.

Must be Fluent in Communication, pleasant personality, good knowledge of Amadeus and good understanding of ticketing
