External Auditors Position is vacant at Federal University of Technology July 2011

The Governing Council of the Federal University of Technology requires the services of an External Auditor for the statutory of the accounting books of the University. This was discussed in Yola at its 70th meeting held on Thursday 12th May 2011

Who to Apply

Firm duly registered of professionally qualified Accountants with bodies as ICAN, ANAN etc are eligible to apply.

Requirements

The firm must have the following in its employment, principal; partners with a minimum of ten (10) years auditing experiences and also other complimentary audit staff who must be able to effectively and efficiently handle audit work. Curriculum vitae of professional staff should also be presented.

Firms Interested must present evidence of the followings:

. Renewal of its registration with the Office of Auditor General of Federation

i. Tax Clearance Certificate for the past three (3) years

ii. Registration with the Federal Inland Revenue Services (FIRS)

iii. Current practicing licence of either (ICAN, ANAN etc.

v. Registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).

vi. Registration with the Office of the Auditor General of the Federation

vii. Successfully executed audit work preferably of (University).

viii. Evidence of compliance with the provision of the Pension Reform Acts 2004 as contained in section 16(6)(d) of the Public Procurement Act 2007.
